These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ft88 online gaming platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and any other products or services made available through https://ft88.lat (the "Platform"). • You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform, or if you have, you have properly completed the reinstatement process and received written confirmation from ft88 support that your account has been reinstated.

ft88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met. Where an account is closed on eligibility grounds, withdrawable real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where technically possible.

ft88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ft88 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ft88 takes no responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ft88 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from accounts not registered in the player's name will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes; unverified accounts may experience longer processing times until KYC documentation is submitted and approved.
• ft88 reserves the right to conduct security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where suspicious activity is detected, ft88 may freeze a withdrawal pending investigation. ft88 is committed to resolving such investigations promptly and communicating transparently with the affected player throughout the process.
• All transactions on ft88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ft88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Any funds deposited in a currency other than BDT will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and conversion costs will be borne by the player.
• Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

ft88 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or by circumstances outside ft88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, banking system outages, or government-imposed restrictions on financial transactions.

ft88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players at all times through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. When a session limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out and must wait at least 30 minutes before logging back in, unless the limit is removed through account settings.
• Time-out: Players may apply a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended for the selected duration and they cannot place bets, access casino games, or make deposits. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform's content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ft88. Any unauthorised use of ft88's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

ft88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail the categories of data collected, the purposes for which data is processed, the retention periods applied, and your rights as a data subject.
